ABSTRACT

Motivational levels in performers will to a large extent be determined by the degree and nature to which each of the three motivation levels are Low levels of motivation, Intermediate levels of motivation, and High-level motivation. A coach can encourage his or her performer to take more control over their rewards, to tell management what they want, and how they are prepared to link that to achievement on some sort of reward scale. Anything that detracts from their success is worked on until it is either neutralized or is actively supportive of their efforts. Any number of strategies can be used by the aspiring business success. There seems to be a core of effective methods available to those who seek them. The main ingredients are: direction; desire and motivation; self-image; belief structure; persistence; a willingness to learn; and support systems.
