ABSTRACT
This year marks the 26th year of China's rural reform. A lot of problems facing rural China have been solved during the 26 years of reform and development, but a lot still remains to be solved. Also, while some old problems are being solved, new ones are coming out. As a result, many conflicts and problems still exist in rural China today, some of which are rather serious. Recently, five major problems have become prominent.
