ABSTRACT
A detailed postal questionnaire to assess perceptions of climate change in the East Midlands was sent to approximately 1000 stakeholders in the East Midlands, including industry and commerce, local government, agencies, public health officials, NGOs, and other East Midlands contacts who have previously expressed an interest in sustainable development. The questionnaire is reproduced here as Appendix 1. Patrick Devine-Wright from DeMontfort University assisted in the design of the questionnaire.
