ABSTRACT
This last chapter of the book deals with accident prevention, including - as we know by now - the protection against unwanted consequences. Although it is impossible to prevent accidents from happening in an absolute sense, it is, of course, still highly desirable to prevent as many as possible from taking place, especially the serious ones. Similarly, when accidents happen it is useful to learn as much as possible about why they happen.
