AlthoughtheformatandcontentofvariousCockpitResourceManagement programsmayvaryfromairlinetoairline,mostemphasizeandencourage teamworkas"thewaytofly"whenitcomestooptimizingsafeandefficient performanceinthecockpit.Suchafocusisbothappropriateandworthwhile, asthedramaticexperimentsofRuffellSmithandotheraviation-sciencepioneers haveclearlydemonstrated.Itisthroughteamworkthattheindividualskills, experiencesandperspectivesofeachcrewmemberare"drawnout"andutilized inmaximizingflightdeckperformance.
