Theuseofcomputersinthefieldofpsychologicaltestingandassessmenthas increasednoticeablyoverthepastdecades.Atthepsychologicaldepartmentof GermanAerospaceCenter(DLR)inHamburgendeavoursarebeingmadetotap thefullpotentialofthisnewmediumfortheselectionofpersonnelincivil aviation.
