Providing Feedback to Pilots and Referral Sources (often Flight Surgeons or Commanders)

Pilots and other aviators welcome feedback, particularly when their wings and consequently their careers are on the line. Be sure to allow enough time to describe how scales were developed and validated; you will be impressed by their grasp of mathematical concepts. You will be impressed by the amount of information referred aviato~s request at the end of their evaluation, regardless of your recommendations.
