ABSTRACT
This chapter identifies Equality, Diversity and Discrimination Risk that derives from management or decision-making dilemmas associated with the formulation or implementation of the EDD Agenda. These management dilemmas are listed as follows:
The chapter then moves on to suggest ways in which the EDD Risk to which these dilemmas give rise may be defined, understood and where possible resolved.
