ABSTRACT

This chapter looks at the leadership and performance management of the EDD Agenda. The objective of the chapter is to identify some of the practical “what to do” and “how to do” elements of the management of that agenda. The chapter describes a straightforward path or pathway to achieving the necessary EDD performance outcomes and to minimising the EDD Risk associated with the implementation process.
