Conclusion

The ultimate goal of contracts, as seen in this book, is reaching business objectives. To remain in business and reach objectives, one must make contracts and take risks. Ideally, the risks are taken knowingly. Yet there are various uncertainties about reaching objectives in business deals and relationships. Contract risk management is about managing those uncertainties.
