ABSTRACT

S ince the late 1980s resin cast models, which enable fine detail to be achieved, have become very popular with collectors. The sector that has grown up to meet this demand is comprised in no small part by young artists and designers, alive to market trends. Hence we can now find resin moulded sets of figures such as The Magie Roundabout, Noddy and Friends and any number of Walt Disney figurines both of classic and contemporary cartoon characters.
