Each participant gives a short talk and answers questions.
30 minutes preparation or
advise the participants to prepare before the programme and allow 10 15 minutes extra just before they have to present. 45 60 minutes depending on numbers that is, 10 minutes for each participant plus a minute or so changeover time 10 minutes to complete the participant reports.
