ABSTRACT

In Chapter 9, we have seen how to manage projects and other actions from a program point of view, in Chapter 10 I will describe in detail how to integrate the new capabilities in the organization. I will also discuss the program evaluation process and how it differs from traditional evaluation. We will see how to manage program changes to create opportunities, as well as the management of program knowledge so that it can be used for the next cycles. I have also decided to add a short section on transition to the next cycle because one of the roles of the program team will be to manage cycle transition, including reformulation and realignment of the program, if necessary.
