ABSTRACT
In the ideal, one or more program evaluators should be consulted while an application for program funds is being prepared because among the important parts of any program proposal is the plan that has been made to evaluate it. Consulting with program evaluators at this early stage will help assure that an adequate program evaluation plan is included.
