ABSTRACT

Simon Simek observed that the great leaders start by addressing the why in order to inspire and to stimulate the who, i.e. the life-forces of the organization. If people understand and commit to the why, they will do their utmost in managing the how in order to achieve the objectives, i.e. the what that have been explained in the why. To get the life-forces of the organization to understand and to commit to the platform of agile management and to the program of agile management innovation, the leadership should address these 3 questions in the presentations it will make when launching the program of agile management innovation. The traditional organizations entrust the management to a few senior managers that command, control, and chastise the employees. Agile management builds on the attitudes, on the aptitudes, and on the agility of the life-forces of the organization to sustain superior performances.
