Graduate employability plays an important role in the viability of tourism programs due to the growing numbers of universities offering the program. Producing employable tourism graduates forms part of the process of education. Modern tourism is closely connected to development and encompasses a growing number of new destinations. Educators provide a useful guide to enhance tourism curricula, including teaching methods to help graduates cope successfully with the fast-changing business environment of tourism. Frequency distribution and percentages were used to present the employability information of the tourism graduates simply to provide a count. A large number of tourism graduates are working or employed within the industry as travel agency workers, holiday representatives, general travel administrators and tour guides.
