Workplace Security and Violence

In recent years, it has become apparent that workplace security and violence is a major emphasis of occupational safety and health (OSH). Workers should feel that they can come to work and work at their jobs without the threat that they may come to harm in some way from violence during their work shift. With this realization, employers have needed to take steps to try to provide security for their workforce.
