ABSTRACT

From our own experiences of designing, developing and delivering development programmes we are able to offer here a framework for an ‘ideal’ project leadership development programme which can then be modified by the organization. We share this with you in order to provide a basis from which to understand and start the conversation around the scale of the task, the elements involved, the blend of content and delivery channels, the commitment necessary for investing in your project management community, more specifically in your project leadership capability.
