ABSTRACT
As part of this field study research, the employees of WHA who had used the participatory evaluation process were asked about their experiences. The experience questionnaire was used to provide empirical data for initial measurement of participatory evaluation variables and in order to compare respondents' reported experiences with the organization's expectations from the evaluation process.
