ABSTRACT
The participatory evaluation method described in Chapter III was designed and developed by World Humanitarian Aid to assess the outcomes of their development projects. In Concepts Statement No.4 the Financial Accounting Standards Board concluded that information about service efforts and accomplishments was an indicator of performance for non-business entities.
