The minerva matrix women entrepreneurs: their perception of their management style

This chapter is concerned with a study of successful women entrepreneurs in the city of Bristol. It gives the reasons for initiating the research, the nature of the project, and its main findings. It concludes with reflections from some of the women at a seminar held two years later, together with implications for management development in the future.
