ABSTRACT

The follow-up session is the last point of contact between the coach and the coachee in VBCBC. When the coach has a contract with the coachee where the coach both knows how many sessions the coach are going to have and when they are going to take place, then it is suggested to organize the follow-up session three months after the final session of regular VBCBC sessions, but the coaches are free to choose the interval that better suits the coach, the coachee and the service. If the coach has a flexible contract with the coachee, however, where the coach does not know when the sessions will take place because the coachee has stated that they will call the coach to arrange the second or third session. The author's practice is to schedule the session three months after the face-to-face session to enable any changes the coachee has made to mature and be incorporated into their life.
