ABSTRACT
Organizations conduct business every day without clarity of purpose or a vision. People work being unaware of the interrelationships of their work. We fail to see how what we do affects many other components or processes. Along with our colleagues, we merely react to changing demands and external circumstances to remain competitive or even survive.
