ABSTRACT
This chapter presents an approach to neuropsychological assessment that com bines cognitive science with traditional psychometrics to form a type of assess ment called the cognitive-metric approach. It attempts to apply the scientific rigor found in experimental neuropsychology to neuropsychological assessment.
