ABSTRACT
The DIT has not been without its critics. Criticisms of DIT research not only include the problems with Kohlberg’s approach that we discussed in chapter 2, but also the following:
1. The field of moral development is contentious, because of the difficulty in establishing the validity and generality of any measure.
