Treating and Analyzing Affective Data: What do I do with all the Numbers?

Whether a self-report instrument is selected or designed, once it is administered it yields data. If the questionnaire is quite lengthy or the sample is quite large, it is very easy to be swamped by the data. In this chapter, we describe and illustrate one way of organizing and summarizing the data.
