ABSTRACT
I begin my editorship in the 12th year of this journal, following the very capable footsteps of Howard Margolis and Joseph E. Zins. Howard Margolis envisioned and created the journal in 1990. Joseph E. Zins began his tenure in 1996 and ends his duties as editor with this excellent special issue focused on training in consultation.
