ABSTRACT
This is my 23rd draft and the fourth time I have seriously considered emailing Chris and Stephanie to tell them I will be unable to submit a chapter for this book. I have been mulling over why this paper has been so difficult to write and decided that one of the main problems has been trying to establish an author’s voice that is appropriate for this paper. Why has this been difficult?
