ABSTRACT
Table 4.1 and Fig. 4.1 list the various objective and subjective measurement methods available to the HF professional. The first item on the list is something called unmanaged performance measurement (UPM). This chapter is devoted to UPM. It first examines the parameters that should be considered in any description of measurement methods. Chapter 5 explores the experiment and other objective methods and chapter 6 describes subjective methods.
