ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we will discuss injections around the cervical spine for the relief of pain due to headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, and arm and hand pain. We will first begin with cervical facet injections, both intra-articular and medial branch injections and radiofrequency denervation, and we will then proceed to cervical epidural and nerve root injections. Both interlaminar and transforaminal epidural steroid injections will be discussed.
