ABSTRACT
By the early 1980s, a huge amount of kinetic data on the effects of micelles on reaction rates, obtained under a variety of reaction conditions, had appeared in the literature. Most of these kinetic data have been discussed in a quantitative or semiquantitative manner by using one of the various micellar kinetic models described in Chapter 3. These studies have been reviewed in various articles
and two books.
