ABSTRACT
One of the major uses of surfactant that the average person encounters in everyday life is in household products, particularly laundry detergent. This chapter will briefl y summarize various ingredients and forms of detergents. The primary focus of this chapter will be on the application of various detergent formulations and product forms to specifi c laundering situations.
