Oakley-Fulthorpe test
Double-diffusion type of precipitation test performed by incorporating antibody into agar which is placed in the tube followed by a layer of plain agar. A solution of antigen is placed on top of the plain agar in the tube, and precipitation occurs where antigen and antibody meet in the plain agar layer.
