ABSTRACT
High data rates are a clear demand of modern wireless communications. The recent advances in the field of multiple antenna systems have shown the great capacity and performance gains that can be achieved with multiple antenna technology and especially with multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. These systems take advantage of the spatial domain in order to provide with high data rates the communication links and overcome the bandwidth limitations.
