Additionally, training systems targeted to putting trainees very close to the real working tasks and activities put primary emphasis in the implementation of learning by doing methods. However, there are still situations where the delivery of traditional electronic courseware is still needed, as a means of supporting distributed online courses, in processes that could be characterized as mainly involving learning by studying interactions. In the latter case, the learner is usually faced with interactive material that has to be explicitly studied, while the e-learning system emphasizes content delivery rather than the delivery of a new teaching style.
