The website contains the links to the latest certification information you will need in preparing to take the VCP exam. If you have a VCP certification on the ESX 2.x product it will not expire but it does not certify you for the ESX 3.5 and VirtualCenter 2.5 software. You must pass the exam for the newer product to be considered certified.
