Aflatoxin-contaminated food was considered the main health risk of human exposure to aflatoxin, and a great number of studies have been directed to this problem. Little attention, however, has been paid to the possible health risks associated with the inhalation of aflatoxin contaminated dust, particularly in men professionally handling contaminated grain, seed, and various food and feed substrates.
