ABSTRACT
This chapter will present briefly a few basic analysis and visualization tools used in gene expression analysis. All tools with the exception of gene pies are equally effective in the analysis of both Affymetrix and cDNA data. Gene pies are most useful for the visualizing of two-channel cDNA array data.
