ABSTRACT
In 1997, I authored a book titled IPA, PHO, MSO Development Strategies, Building Successful Provider Alliances (1997, Chicago: McGraw-Hill and the Healthcare Financial Management Association). Once I recover from these two medical tourism books, a revision to that title will be undertaken, and retitled, Physician Integration: Refocusing the Lens (2012, New York: Productivity Press).
