ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with the implementation phase (I) of the BASICS model and the integration of new layouts, workstations and materials. It also includes discussions on Five S, Visual Controls, Mistake-ProoŽng, along with the Checking (C) and sustaining (S) phases of the BASICS model.
