ABSTRACT
Throughout this book, we introduced the basic tenants of A3 thinking. Now that you have a basic understanding of the material, we hope that you will take some time to practice this valuable skill set. Like many things in life, mastery of this topic is not gained in a single session or a short time frame. Skill in A3 report writing increases over time with practice and effort. Most people in managerial positions at Toyota have spent a couple of decades writing in this style and are still honing their skills every day.
