ABSTRACT
I. The Investigative Team In order for a workplace investigation of any complexity to be undertaken, an investigative team must be constituted. The team members must possess the skills necessary to drive the project forward and achieve its objectives. They must have experience and some working knowledge of the matter to be investigated. They do not need to be technical experts. However, they must understand the process of investigation and how to engineer a proper investigation. Should the members of the investigative team posses these characteristics, their effort will be productive and fair.
