In this chapter, a construction technique is introduced that allows the construction of transitive de…ciency one partial parallelisms in a more general setting than the parallelism-inducing groups for Pappian spreads. Let be any Pappian spread in PG(3; K); and let 0 any spread,
which shares a regulusR with such that 0 is derivable with respect to R. Assume that there exists a subgroup G of the central collineation group G with …xed axis L with the following properties:
(0) : and 0 share exactly R;
(i) : Every line skew to L; and not in is in 0G,
(ii) : G is transitive on the reguli that share L; and
(iii) : a collineation g of G such that for L0 2 0; then L0g 2 0 implies that g is a collineation of 0.
