ABSTRACT
TWI program as he was taught in Japan and which he described in
his book The TWI Workbook: Essential Skills for Supervisors, a Shingo Research and Professional Publication Prize Recipient for 2007. Since
then he has developed hundreds of trainers who are now delivering
TWI classes across the country and around the world.
