ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The paper proposes that a more advanced form of Multigrade, Multivariable, Cusum QC be adopted in place of the limited “Families” approach in EN 206. The proposed system is easier to set up and operate and results in much earlier detection of problems and their causes and therefore in reduced variability, saving cement by enabling a smaller margin between mean and specified strengths.
