ABSTRACT
According to data of the Intemational Labor Organization, about 1000 major chemical accidents were recorded in the world up to 1990. Approximately 40% of the overall numbers of accidents occur in production plants, about 35% during transport, and about 25% refers to accidents during storage of chemicals.
