Typical Implementation Timeline ‘is timeline is presented to the work that occurs during the 12 weeks and to be able to use to judge progress during an implementation. If an organization is not using the Shengo method, some elements such as full work analysis (FWA) would be removed from the timeline. I would also caution the reader not to attempt a Lean implementation using this template without internal Lean experts or consultative services available (Table 13.1).
