ABSTRACT
Lean Systems ‘inking has been transforming healthcare organizations for several years, resulting in improved quality, lower costs, greater access, higher satisfaction, and a stronger competitive position; however, there have also been several failed deployments where results did not meet expectations. Fortunately, most failures can be avoided by addressing the most common root cause: inactive leadership.
