ABSTRACT
Elder abuse-from familial to home care and facility-has either been on the rise or taken more notice as a newsworthy item. Life is a circle-starting from infancy the care of a human being is necessary, and our elderly population o·en needs various levels of care. Both the young and the elderly are easy targets of abuse and neglect, while the elderly population is also the target of nancial abuse (usually of a lifetime of savings and investment).
