Examining the Basics of an Effective Kaizen Process

When I’ve gone about asking various manufacturing firms the specific role Kaizen plays in their operation, I’ve gotten a variety of answers. Unfortunately, the one I’ve failed to hear and that most appropriately fits the task is: “Kaizen is the chief mechanism used to fully incorporate Lean and provide employees a means of making improvements to their individual jobs.”
